I have never used YourDirtyLaundry before, what do I need to do?

YourDirtyLaundry could not be easier, check out our how it works page for more information. We also have a video on our home page that explains our service.

Do I have to be home to meet the driver?
You do not have to be home to meet the driver, but you will be responsible for the safety of your laundry. Feel free to leave your laundry on your porch, with a neighbor or door person, or anywhere else accessible to our driver. Please include this information in the “Special Instructions” on the app so our driver knows.
What if I cannot meet my scheduled appointment time?
If your driver has not yet begun his trip to your location, simply login to the app, or call to cancel your delivery time, and choose a time more convenient for you.
Should I tip my delivery driver?
It’s not expected but you can if you would like to. We aim to provide you with prompt and professional service without the expectation of gratuity.
How does Your Dirty Laundry service work?

First, login to our website or call and schedule a time for pick up. Gather your laundry and our delivery driver will meet you at the scheduled time to collect your clothes. Our driver will weigh your clothes and provide you or text you the price for the service. Once your clothes are clean, we will notify you via text or email so you can schedule a time for delivery. Your credit card will be charged accordingly and you will receive a receipt. Your driver will deliver your clothes to you or your designated area with your clean clothes in garment bags which are yours to keep or re-use for your next order!
